Refund policy
Your satisfaction is really important to me. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Please contact me before returning any item so I can arrange the return with you.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or returned by hand.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, I'll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and I'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Return postage will be covered in these cases.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
